You receive a phone call from your Friend asking you to look at the computer as they have recently got into computer gaming and are experiencing slow response times and poor video.
Describe with reasons what you would do to help.
Slow Response Times
I would check to make sure that the signal of the internet to make sure that the signal strength is good and if it is then i would suggest to her to change her internet provider and get faster response times. Then it wont take it forever to load up on the screen and then she wont have any more problems loading games or other things on her computer like documents etc.
Poor Video
I would go to on to the computer and click on my computer and click on appearence and change the picture quality because to make the picture quailty better and then play a video to see if the picture quality is better than it was. Make sure that it works properly and make sure it doesnt go back to the way it was. So then who ever is watching the video can see it properly.
