I have been asked to change the setup of microsoft word for a boy who has a visual impairment and this is the way I am going to do it.
I went to the quick access bar and i clicked on the minimise ribbon and this is the way it came up on the screen.
I have added the font style to the quick access tool bar by going into microsoft word and added font style to the quick access tool bar and then i print screened it and pasted into paint and then cropped it and insert it as an image into my blog and then wrote about how i did it.
I went into microsoft word and clicked on the page colour and then I clicked on the blue colour and then i went to the font colour and changed the colour to white.
I researched on Google how to change the default display to a higher resolution. This is what that screen shot is showing.
This is showing how to change the Narrator on the computer. This is how the Narrator comes up on the computer.
This is where the magnifier is before you use the magnifier.
This magnifier makes the writing bigger for the person to see like you can put it too 100 % or 200%.

I have made many changes to help her son such as:
Minimized the Ribbon, Added the font style to the quick access bar, Changed the page colour to blue and font colour to white, Changed the default display to a higher resolution, Changed the narrator on the computer and Changed the magnifier.
I have minimised the ribbon
The good thing about changing to minimise the ribbon is that the page will be bigger and easier to see.
He wont be confused by anything at the top of the page.
I have added the font style to the quick access bar.
The good thing about about added the font style to the quick access bar because it is easy to access. It will be easier to change the font colour to any colour he wants like white and black.
I changed the page colour to blue This will be easier for him to see the written. It will be easy for him to read.
I changed the font colour to white
The colour is really bright. It is also easy to see and now hard to see than a black font colur.
I changed the default display to a higher resolution.
Because it will make the screen brighter to see and read off.
It will also make the picture bigger on the screen.
I changed the narrator
It will bring different system messages up on the screen.
It will change the voice settings on the computer.
I changed the magnifier
The magnifier will make the page 200% bigger
And will also make the writing 200% bigger to see and read.
